The Doctoral School of the University of Valladolid (EsDUVa) will organize an information session in English on internationalization opportunities in doctoral studies.
During the session, two key opportunities for the internationalization of doctoral studies will be addressed: the International Mention on the Doctoral Degree and Co-supervision (cotutelle) theses. The session will explain what these modalities consist of, the main applicable regulations, as well as the different stages of the procedure for processing co-tutelle agreements at the University of Valladolid.
The in-person session will take place on Thursday, 16 April, at 09:00 a.m. in the Salón de Grados of the Faculty of Economics and Business (Avenida Valle del Esgueva, 6, Valladolid).
The activity is aimed at thesis supervisors and tutors (current or potential), doctoral students, visiting researchers at UVa, and teaching and research staff in general.
The session will be conducted entirely in English, and a certificate of attendance will be issued.
Registration will be open until 14 April.
This activity is held within the framework of International Week, organized by the Faculty of Economics and Business, the Faculty of Education and Social Work, the School of Computer Engineering, the School of Industrial Engineering, and the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters.
Sesión informativa (en inglés) - Oportunidades internacionales en los estudios de doctorado
La Escuela de Doctorado de la Universidad de Valladolid (EsDUVa) organizará una sesión informativa en inglés sobre oportunidades de internacionalización en los estudios de doctorado.
Durante la sesión se abordarán dos oportunidades clave para la internacionalización del doctorado: la Mención Internacional en el título de doctor y las tesis en cotutela. Se explicará en qué consisten estas modalidades y las principales normas aplicables, así como las distintas fases del procedimiento para la tramitación de acuerdos de cotutela en la Universidad de Valladolid.
La sesión presencial tendrá lugar el jueves 16 de abril a las 09:00 horas en el Salón de Grados de la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales (Avenida Valle del Esgueva, 6, Valladolid).
La actividad está dirigida a directores y tutores de tesis (actuales o potenciales), doctorandos y doctorandas, investigadores visitantes en la UVa y personal docente e investigador en general.
La sesión se impartirá íntegramente en inglés y se expedirá certificado de asistencia.
El plazo de inscripción está abierto hasta el 14 de abril.
Esta actividad se celebra en el marco de la International Week, organizada por la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales, la Facultad de Educación y Trabajo Social, la Escuela de Ingeniería Informática, la Escuela de Ingenierías Industriales y la Facultad de Filosofía y Letras.
